Daniel (Sweden)
I’m a passionate cyclist who loves to go on long rides. Coming from the flatlands of southern Sweden I’m very much looking forward to try my calves on the norwegian hills while at the same time encouraging everyone to do something for the sustainability of our planet. Having learnt about the importance of leadership and action it feels great to end my time at RCN with doing something like this. I hope to continue on the same path of improving this world also after I've left Flekke.

Lucia (Argentina)
My name is Lucia Michelazzo Ceroni and I'm from Argentina.
Since I came to Norway for the first time in 2008, when I got really impressed by the norwegian tunnels, I have have this urge to get to know and experience more of this beautiful country which has the most amazing landscapes I have ever seen.
Last February students of my school assisted to a talk given by Tore Naerland, a really inspiring person who bikes for peace. Some people decided to follow his action and started organizing a bike trip. When they invite everyone to join them, I knew it was what I wanted to do. I decided to conclude my two-years experience in Norway in this way because I wanted to follow the inspiration given to me by a great man and at the same time get some more insight into Norway.
Diego (Guatemala)
Hola! I’m Diego from Guatemala, that tiny beautiful country in Central America. I grew up doing tea kwon do, playing football, chess and pretending to play the piano. I came to Norway on July 2008 and I’ve had the two most amazing years of my life next to incredible people in an amazing place such as RCNUWC. Climbing a glacier, skiing for the first time, winning a hockey tournament, teaching sports to kids or meeting people I will never forget are events that have shaped me as the person I am today. Doing this biking trip is a way of finishing up such an amazing experience and saying “I’m here” to the reality of Guatemala. I’ll spend my next year doing volunteer work in my country, learning photography and hopefully some cooking skills.Marius (Norway)
I am Marius Harald Salvesen, born and raised in the eastern part of Norway. In other words, I will bike home! After two years of living, studying, breathing and enjoying RCNUWC-life I seek a meaningful and somewhat
different way of ending this adventurous time. And what better way than with another adventure?
Biking from Flekke to Oslo will be a challenge; physically and mentally. However I am sure it will be a great
time with great friends, and it will become a great story to tell for the future! The final chapter in the story of
my time at RCN will be one in the spirit of UWC, marking the everlasting presence of UWC in my life!
See you on the road!

Hobbies:
– Backhome: pet his cats and a dog called boby.
– Here: pet himself and velvet (dana´s cat)
I enjoy eating fried guinea pig, in tender words call it: baby mountain pig
Real Hobbies: movie making and drumming.
What i want in the future:
– I want to be a Nat. Geo movie maker, photographer, reporter. And eventually swim with whales and film them.
– I want to have an organic farm and start my eco-food company.
Why do i do this biking trip?
– Because i want to challenge myself and see what i am capable of. Besides i do this to create concern about the conflicts and violence between two high schools backhome. In the last basketball championship final there were 12 casualties as a result of the passionate fans.
With this trip I want to start a peace campaign and raise people´s consciousness about the consequences of such brutal actions.

Doriyush (Tajikistan)
My name is Doriyush. I am from beautiful and sunny Central Asian country Tajikistan. I have certain beliefs in how things should work and I believe one day I'll contribute and make things better, even though sometimes it sounds ambitious! But for now I should have fun as much as possible as I am young. I am looking forward to bike to Oslo. That's basically everything, nothing special. Give me a smile when you see me.

Klara (Norway)

Motlatsi (Lesotho)
I am a Mosotho. I don’t know what world peace would be like, but I have imagined it in its most pure form. Paradoxically, I have not done anything to ensure the attainment of the peace that I yearn for. I don’t talk much and as a result I lack oratorical skills which I could use to actively engage in oral activities that could promote peace. It took me a long time before I realize that one does not only need to be eloquent in order to make a significant difference. One can do whatever is physically feasible and morally acceptable to call upon societal attention and raise awareness about the need to do anything that needs to be done.
I believe that now is the time when the world needs peace more than anything else if we are to avoid foreseeable problems in the near future. As a matter of fact, I intend ascribe one week of my time to bike from Flekke to Oslo to express the need for our leaders to act and try to make the world a peaceful place. I will be joining a team of people who share the similar sentiments about peace so as express that a synergy is more effective than individual components. Together we can make a difference.
Peace for all.
